Chris Vroman

Chris grew up in Clifton Park, New York and is the youngest of 4 children. Carrying sticks around started as a form of self defense but by the age of 12 and a few band camps later, a drummer was born. Banging the pigskins seemed to come naturally as did listening all day long to Rush and Iron Maiden. This, he soon found out, was not well received by his parents and neighbors and after 12 short years of college he decided to settle in central MA. It wasn’t until he turned 40 did he realize most girls don’t like “power trios” and “metal rock” live music. Enter Usually Normal! Chris can no longer hear so well and relies on Dave’s jumping and air drums, Scott’s rhythmic hand motions, and drunk chick dancing, to play. His other interests include golf, skiing, one more IPA and listening all day to Rush, Iron Maiden and Lady Gaga.
